The seventh batch of Communication & Soft Skill Development course for the visually challenged started at Insight centre in Vellayambalam on 3 January 2011. In addition to classes on effective communication, training in ICT tools is also provided as part of the course. The participants are 20 visually challenged students from various districts in Kerala.
