Another batch of 13 more teachers from Shalom special school Vattapara attended the one day ICT training programme on 6^th January. In the first session teachers were introduced to the free software educational package “Gcompris” and in the subsequent session they experienced individually the benefits of “Gcompris” package .

Many of the special educators  felt that the package will ultimately help the mentally challenged children  in their cognitive development.
